Carolyn Moore is a seasoned Chief People Officer and CEO-trusted advisor with nearly 30 years of experience helping companies scale with clarity, discipline, and purpose.

She has led global People strategy for organizations from $50M growth-stage companies to $6.5B public enterprises, guiding executive transitions, IPO readiness, complex M&A, and large-scale compensation transformation. Carolyn partners directly with CEOs, boards, and CHROs during pivotal moments — ensuring talent strategy is aligned with business strategy.

Carolyn holds a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from UC Berkeley, completed Masters work in Organization Development, is a Certified Compensation Professional and Stakeholder-Centered Coach, and brings global experience across the U.S., Europe, Latin America, and APAC.

Outside of work, she finds inspiration in travel (especially Italy), Formula 1, long city walks, and is an active wine educator/sommelier.
