About Carolyn Moore
Having held C-level and Divisional Human Resources leadership and consulting positions in start-ups, large companies and everything in between, Carolyn has made a measurable difference by creating effective people strategies and programs. As an expert business partner, she has delivered valuable results to her companies through talent management and acquisition strategies, organization development and design solutions, and learning and development programming. As a change leader, she has helped employees at all levels navigate through the stages of company growth as well as during challenging times.
Workplace culture development is at the core of Carolyn’s interests and experience. She believes that building a strong and positive culture is the key to growing a successful business. A lifelong student of cultural principles and theories, she has taken those learnings and created simple and practical programs and solutions for any organization. Carolyn places great importance on keeping things simple and understandable.
Carolyn has helped leaders at all levels to create effective organizations that deliver results. As a certified coach, she has helped executives and managers to achieve greater success and to develop critical leadership skills. Her extensive experience working in all sizes of companies and in several industries gives her a unique ability to understand the challenges that leaders face in their teams and businesses.
Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys travel, cooking and wine education (and tasting!). An avid scuba diver, she looks for any opportunity to explore the oceans of the world. She is a former improvisational comedian who loves to bring humor into everything she does. Carolyn volunteers her time to several causes, including HIP Housing where she serves on the Board of Directors and as the chairperson of their Organization Development Committee.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and completed Master’s degree coursework in Human Resources and Organization Development at the University of San Francisco. She holds a number of certifications including:
